My Style and Me:

Well, fancy seeing you here!

I’m Sallie, based in Staffordshire, where the countryside, the people, and the tranquility are all I need. Having lived in both America and the UK, I've been fortunate to meet inspiring individuals and experience unforgettable places.

My style blends deeply romantic and timeless elements inspired by Italian and biblical fine art, as well as modern romantic cinematography. I specialize in capturing moments with 35mm film and Super 8mm videography, infusing each frame with a vintage charm and authenticity. Driven by a passion for documenting raw, unposed moments, my aesthetic is shaped by years of study and life experience, learning from creatives across diverse fields.

Understanding exactly what you envision for your special day is crucial to me. It allows me to craft a unique approach to documenting your memories for you, your family, and friends.

The Beginning:

From a young age, I was captivated by photography. My nana was never without her tiny 120mm analog camera which documented our family's life so beautifully that it inspired me to do the same.

As crazy as it sounds, when I first watched Spider-Man at the cinema in 2002 and saw Peter Parker as a photographer, I knew that was the path for me even at just six years old (it's kind of hilarious to write that but it's true). About a decade ago, I pursued a degree in photography, focusing on fine art still life. Studying various artists deepened my understanding and refined my vision. After graduating, I ventured into portraiture and soon discovered a passion for wedding photography.

For me, capturing images is more than a profession it's a passion that brings immense joy. I love making people happy through my work, a joy that has always been evident in my photography.
